difference in the future treatment of cancer.
There are many ways to support our work, just click on any of the links below to find out more. When you support The Institute of Cancer Research you can be sure that your donation is being put to good use. In fact, over 90p in every pound we receive goes directly to support our research, making us one of the most cost effective cancer research organisations in the world.
Your donation will be handled 100% securely and efficiently. In addition, if you’re a UK taxpayer Justgiving will automatically ensure a 28% tax bonus is added to your donation at no cost to you.
To find out more about our regular giving scheme, Partners for Life please click here. To make a regular donation, please print a copy of our Partners
for Life bankers order form (41.3Kb, pdf format), complete it, and
post it to: NB: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to be able to view PDF files.
Donate through your tax return If you are a taxpayer completing a Self Assessment form you can donate all or part of a tax repayment to us, by completing section 19 of the Self Assessment form. You can nominate The Institute of Cancer Research using our unique code number ZAB39CG. If you decide to give this way, please make your gift go further by ticking the Gift Aid box (19A.4). This means that The Institute will get an extra 28% more than you would receive as your tax repayment, without costing you any more. If you make a donation using Gift Aid and are a higher rate taxpayer you can claim further relief on this in your tax return for 2004/05. We would of course like to thank you for your donation. However, it will remain anonymous unless you allow the taxman to give your details to us by ticking box 19A.5 on the form. Using Gift Aid means that for every pound you give, we get an extra 28 pence from the Inland Revenue, helping your donation to go further. This means that £10 can be turned into £12.80 at no extra cost to you. All you have to do is sign a Gift Aid Declaration when you make a donation – there’s one at the bottom of the donation form. In order for The Institute to claim Gift Aid you must be paying income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax we reclaim from the Inland Revenue. If you would like a separate Gift Aid form please click here. Gift Aid Last modified 23/12/04 ![]() |
