If there are other people you feel would like to remember your loved one, we will be happy to send them their own donation form. All you need to do is return this Friends and Family Form to us with their names and addresses and we will contact them for you. No, it does not. The Fund will remain open, should anyone else wish to contribute in the future. Growing your loved one's Tribute Fund There are numerous ways in which you can make your loved one's Tribute Fund grow. Making a regular gift is a really easy way for friends, family and colleagues to make your loved one's Tribute Fund grow. They might want to give monthly from their pay or by standing order, or perhaps on a Birthday, on Mother's or Father's Day, or on an Anniversary. If you are organising a collection, please ask your Funeral Director to provide our free donation forms and envelopes at the service of your loved one. If your Funeral Director is unable to assist, please or on 0800 731 9468 and we will send you everything that you need. Alternatively, you can collect donation forms and envelopes from our head office.
