The Big Stride, our brand new national initiative which we hope will inspire you to dust off those walking shoes and help us stamp out male cancer.

We are encouraging you to organise your own walk along with your family, friends and colleagues. It's a great opportunity to socialise, get active and help make a difference. You can organise your walk any time, it can be for as many people as you choose and can be anything from a stroll in your local park to a ramble in the countryside. It's your Big Stride, so you decide!

Any sponsorship money raised from your Big Stride walk will go towards supporting our scientists continue their research into male cancer at their Everyman Centre.
