Testicular Cancer Development Genes

Researchers in the Everyman Centre are also looking for genes which are involved in the development of testicular cancer, including the KIT gene.

They have identified a number of areas of the genome containing specific genes which are likely to be associated with tumour progression. They are now investigating the effect that these gene products have on cells.
