On Go Sports M.A.D. Day get your sports kit on at work or school and pay just £1 to the appeal. Slip on your favourite football shirt, slap on your baseball hat or simply skip into work wearing your trainers. Get hold of our free fundraising pack for everything you need to be a sport for everyman.

Get Moving to raise more funds!
Once you've got your kit on, Get Moving and organise your own Sports M.A.D. event to help raise more awareness and money for everyman. This could be anything from a simple game of office tiddly-winks to a full scale eleven-a-side football match.There are lots more ideas in our fundraising pack.

Go Sports M.A.D and Make A Difference to everyman

Lord Patrick Lichfield photographed a star line up for a giant poster in London's Cromwell Road, encouraging people to take part in Sports M.A.D Day. The stars taking part were footballers David Ginola & Les Ferdinand, cricketer Phil Tufnell, snooker ace Jimmy White, jockey Richard Dunwoody, athletics star John Regis, TV presenter Gaby Yorath and rubgy players Lawrence Dallaglio and Brian Moore.
