Ultimate Golf Challenge

What a challenge - 90 holes of golf in 24 hours! How was it possible?

On the 9th June 2006 more than 30 intrepid challengers left the UK bound for Reykjavik in Iceland to take part in this non-stop 24 hour Golfing Marathon.

The golfers played in dramatic surroundings on five of the most northerly courses in the world, teeing off at Midnight, trying to avoid the Lava rather than the rough. The players where then able to reflect on a good day of golf from the 19th hole, knowing that they had raised more than £8,000 for Everyman.
