Content for all site sections
of the RT Plan website is now at the final stage, apart from
the segmentation section.
We have developed a working model
for the outlining tool which will be used to outline key structures
on a series of CT slices, and which forms an integral part
of the segmentation section of
the website. “Gold standards” for the first test
case have been processed using the tool - these will ultimately
form the benchmarks against which users’ outlines are
judged.
Work on the programming of the site is well underway.
