The Institute of Cancer Research and the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust together form the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Europe, and one of the largest in the world.

Our extensive research programme ranges from basic laboratory research in molecular cell biology, cancer genetics, radiation physics, and drug development, through clinical trials involving cancer patients, to healthcare research and epidemiological studies in the human population.
